What is ABA therapy?

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy helps children with autism learn and practice important life skills. We break down complex skills—like communication, social interaction, and daily tasks—into smaller, manageable steps. Through positive reinforcement and consistent practice, children build these skills naturally.

Sessions typically run 2-3 hours, depending on your child's needs and age. We schedule these at times that work best for your family, whether that's after school, during weekends, or throughout the day for younger children.

Most major insurance providers cover ABA therapy. We'll check your coverage before starting and explain exactly what's covered. Our team handles all the paperwork and insurance coordination, so you can focus on your child.

You'll receive detailed updates after every session, highlighting what your child worked on and how they did. We also conduct formal progress reviews every three months, measuring improvements against clear goals. Plus, you'll see real-life changes as your child uses their new skills at home and in the community.

Every child moves at their own pace. Some children might need support for a few months, others for longer. Unlike many providers, we actively work toward graduation. We'll adjust your child's program based on their progress and reduce hours as they master new skills.

We're founded and run by BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts), not investors. This means we focus on quality care over quick growth. Our therapists carry smaller caseloads, giving more attention to each child. We're also certified in behavioral sleep support, and we include parent training in every program. Most importantly, we work toward clear goals and graduation, not endless therapy.
